Documentation Required
- KYC: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, passport-size photographs
- Firm KYC:
- Proprietorship: GST, Udyam
- Partnership: GST, Udyam, Partnership Deed, Form C (if applicable)
- Company: GST, Udyam, COI, MOA, AOA, List of Directors and Shareholders
- Address proof: Aadhaar, recent electricity/utility bill, rent agreement (if rented)
- Income proof (salaried): last 3 months' salary slips, Form 16 (2 years), bank statements (6 months)
- Income proof (self-employed): last 3 years' ITR with computation, balance sheet & P&L, Audit Report, GST registration, bank statements (12 months)
- Property documents: sale agreement, title deed, approved building plan, latest property tax receipt
- Existing loan statement of account (if any)
