- Partnership: GST, Udyam, Partnership Deed, Form C (if applicable)
- Company: GST, Udyam, COI, MOA, AOA, List of Directors and Shareholders
- Address proof: Aadhaar, recent electricity/utility bill, rent agreement (if rented)
- Income proof (self-employed): last 3 years' ITR with computation, balance sheet & P&L, Audit Report, GST registration, bank statements (12 months)
