Loans

Fynmate acts as a facilitator connecting individuals, professionals, and businesses with loan options from partner banks and NBFCs. We are not a bank or NBFC ourselves. Any loan is ultimately sanctioned and disbursed at the sole discretion of the relevant lending institution, subject to their own eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and policies.

Mutual Funds

Fynmate is not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA). Fynmate may distribute mutual fund products as an intermediary. We are not an Asset Management Company (AMC). Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks; please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns, and no return is guaranteed.

Insurance

Fynmate may solicit insurance products on behalf of licensed insurers. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. We are not an insurance company. Coverage, premiums, and claim settlement are determined solely by the relevant insurer, subject to their underwriting policy and the terms of the policy document.

3. Regulatory Registrations

Where applicable, Fynmate's mutual fund distribution and insurance solicitation activities are conducted under registrations issued by the relevant regulatory bodies (such as an AMFI Registration Number for mutual fund distribution, and an IRDAI-issued license for insurance intermediation).
